At first, it is a series of unfamiliar movements, so please take it easy and go at your own pace.
When participating, please wear comfortable athletic clothing.
We also rent out the street clothes used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you are a newcomer, please use that as well.
Since this is done as a circle activity, please pay 500 yen per activity fee.
If you put in more than that, we will use the money to purchase necessary equipment.
We also require our members to purchase sports insurance (1,880 yen/year for adults, 830 yen/year for children). Please contact us for details.
You may park in front of the garage.
It is best if you have one, but if not, use one of the Academy’s rentals.
Many women participate in the kickboxing class, and everyone practices hard according to their own goals.
Kickboxing has kids and beginner classes.
The number of female participants in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes is also increasing.
It is a martial art and we cannot guarantee that you will not get hurt, but by taking it easy and doing it at your own pace, you can reduce the risk of injury. Please feel free to participate. We also recommend that you purchase sports insurance.
Tours are free and available at any time. We do not have a monthly membership fee, so we also charge a fee for those who experience the program. Please contact us in advance if you wish to visit.
