Can I participate for the first time?

At first, it is a series of unfamiliar movements, so please take it easy and go at your own pace.

What should I bring with me at first?
A

When participating, please wear comfortable athletic clothing.
We also rent out the street clothes used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you are a newcomer, please use that as well.

Do I need my own gloves?
A

It is best if you have one, but if not, use one of the Academy’s rentals.

Can women and children participate?
A

Many women participate in the kickboxing class, and everyone practices hard according to their own goals.
Kickboxing has kids and beginner classes.
The number of female participants in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes is also increasing.

Will I get hurt in practice?
A

It is a martial art and we cannot guarantee that you will not get hurt, but by taking it easy and doing it at your own pace, you can reduce the risk of injury. Please feel free to participate. We also recommend that you purchase sports insurance.

Tours are free and available at any time.
